Awwww, you should make your Halloween house even more spectacular! I started my mom into creating a huanted house in our yard when I was in middle school when I got tired of trick or treating (I received lots of candy...but never ate them all ). Well it started out small with the mad scientists lab being a table...I'm not joking lol! It then soon grew into this crazy awesome thing we do every year and actually made us so famous that we get almost the whole town coming to our house ever year.

We have a graveyard with a blowup grim reaper entrance, hanging scary head...monster...things...don't know exactly what they are but their cool, tied rope spider webs, spooky sound effects, creepy music, a smoke machine, a crazy mad scientist lab with makeshift tubes, body parts, and other things, strobe lights, a guy falling from the trees (I thought of that one ), a dungeon with makeshift weapons, guillotines, skeltons, we also have many stuff bodies which look like costume people, they take awhile to make though, over a thousand purple and orange lights...yes are electric bill is pretty bad during this time of year...a flying bat, a new mechanical giant spider, ghosts, zombies, and a pirate ship with dead pirates.

I basically dress up in black garb with a scary zombie, ghoul, or monster mask, stand still like the stuff bodies and move whenever someone comes close (it freaks out a lot of people trust me). I also sometimes hide and popout when people come close it's fun. Oh yeah, we also have a coffin as well. We have been featured in the newspaper twice and the news once. It was awesome.

For Halloween I'm going as Blue from Wolf's Rain. (you probably saw the picture on FB). We live in an apartment so there's no real way we can decorate it. xD I was going to go to Youmacon but my teachers were mean and moved my tests during the day I was supposed to leave and yeah.. I think I'm going to bum around all day in my costume. xD

As for surgery, my mom has never had her gullbladder removed but she's had various non-cancerous tumors removed. The largest about the size of a softball I believe. x3 All her Surgeries went well so I would think your mom's surgery would be pretty safe too. Tell her I wish her the best for me! :3

actually, we had the same thing when i was growing up... my dad and our neighbor built a big haunted house in between our houses... and we had a flying ghost circle our entire cul-de-sac and it was the hit of the town, too C: unfortunately when my parents got divorced, the haunted house ended and so did most of the people that came to our neighborhood haha.. i miss those days

you should take pictures of your stuffs 8DD it sounds fantasmic! hope you have lots of fun this year n.n
